Stepping unto the stage he merely yawned and dug into his bag, he moved about a little sack and took out a piece of paper from within his jacket. The fumes that the sack would release would be pretty euphoric, but slightly weakened without the use of the flames of enlightenment. He dabbed some of the drug paraphernalia along the paper and rolled it up, and finally sealing the deal with semi-saturated lick. He finally arrived to the competition of very skilled musicians, to others it was an honor, but to Yasuragi, haha.

He wondered whether a crowd would come, but incase a crowd didn't come, he had his baby, the spliff, between his index and ring finger for such an occasion. He awaited his opponent, and wondered who he would be dueling against this round. He wasn't aware of what other kinds of music they were into, but he had a special tune to play for the guy, especially the others that were willing to take place in such an awesome event. This was woodstock on crack, bitches.

"Dude, don't even worry about that. This battle's gonna be a blast! A rockin' symphony of destruction and ass kickin'!" The blonde's lips curled back into a grin as he dramatically leaped from a balcony on stage, a spiral of chakra not-so visibly kicking up around him. Guitar still strapped to his back, the ninja shot a finger toward his Kirigakure counterpart. "Alright! LET'S GET THIS STARTED."

Adding to the moment of setting up his performance he pressed the spliff along his lip and used his lower lip to raise it along his upper lip to have it steadied. His eyes closed as he lit it and then turned his back as he took a long drag of relaxation and sweet, sweet simplicity. Moments after he did this, he removed Widow-maker from his side and merely chuckled as he strapped it along him and began to do a few practice strums to warm the fingers up.

"There must be some kinda' way out here," He began "said a joker to the thief, there's too much confusion... I can't get no relief." He strummed a few times as he faced the shinobi₁ whilst smoke would leave his mouth, the haze would soon begin to influence him and probably keep him in place, after all, the dude was too zealous and excited. The cool cat merely wanted the kid to just chill and relax and enjoy some serious tunes, right?

His head bobbed slowly as he had finally began to sing and play his guitar with slow lullaby, after all, the shit was extremely relaxing.

At fifteen meters away, while his counterpart from the Hidden Mist played some lazy-ass banjo tune, Kion's fingers began to dance in a glorious display of awesomeness, molding chakra for the perfect ninjutsu. Though it wasn't visible, purple spirals of chakra danced around him, and the six seals were finished. That spiral of chakra fanned out to a ten meter wide circle of swirling water with Kion at the center. Instantly, a massive, horizontal cyclone of water blasted out toward Yasuragi like a freight train.²

The ninja's purple eyes turned bright red, and another set of five handseals² flashed out.

Suiton • Daibakufu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a column of water will circle the ninja and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as is pulls them away.
Note: Water is not necessary beforehand to perform this jutsu.

Chains would wriggle about the body of the shinobi and they would hold his hands back to where they could not be used for anything that could be seen as detrimental to the plan, unfortunately the moment the opponent decided to flash hand-signs, he would be stopped and his mind would be locked in a world of pain and restrictions¹.

All this violence, it's gotta' end.

As the opponent had finally been disabled and he had been stopped he swung his guitar around slowly to have a sets (two) of handsigns_2&3 be relayed fast enough for the guitar to actually come back for him to continue the tune in which he left off from. By the time he had done this he would spit a stream of water towards the shinobi and then smirk with little remorse. Yasuragi chuckled and as he would immediately leave his position to dart forth with speeds almost as fast as the Shunshin, each step that he took would have him skip more than the average amount of inches that a human took to close ranges but with massive strides. Simultaneously, the water-stream turned into a clone with a guitar swinging for the gut of the shinobi. It had been completed, hopefully. While behind him, nearing his end with chakra, he rendered his final sets.
