Kami Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by Akatsuki member Konan. Using her ability to manipulate paper, she will form a clone made up of numerous sheets. Because it is made up of many lesser parts, the clone can disperse and reform without ending its existence. When her need for the clone ends, she can disperse the sheets and end the clone.
Note: The clone can not use jutsu, but can be used if the caster is nearby to stem paper-related jutsu from. The clone isn't usually a perfect copy of the original: the finer edges of the paper are not always formed perfectly allowing individuals to often see the distinction between the paper clone and the original.

After she advanced her skills, she appears to be able to launch them with enough deadly force by herself.

Kanashibari no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an individual or animal. With the person frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat.
Note: This technique requires direct eye contact to initiate. Its effects are fairly brief. It should be noted that this is not the most reliable technique; it is not very effective on ninja that are on par with the user's ability. At most, one turn duration.

Kao Utsushi no Jutsu is secret technique unique to the Kedouin clan. This technique allows the clan member to take on the body of their target. The clan member must remain close to the one they want to copy for a short period of time. Their body will then shape and contort to resemble the target. The copy is said to be so good that even family members of the target can not tell they are a fake. The clan member will even take on the smell of the original. Unfortunately the clan member does not copy the targets jutsu, leaving them with only their original limited skills. The clan members are skilled however, in taking on the mannerisms of the original and playing up the character traits of their target. The clan member must also provide clothing to match the original. Their appearance will eventually change back to their original form after several days.

Kisei Kikai is a specialized Ninjutsu assassination technique used by Ukon. Using his bloodline ability to break down his body at a molecular level, he can fuse into the body of another. This allows him to rip apart the cells of his target and also damage the internal chakra pathways of the ninja. These pathways are heavily intertwined with the major organs, tissue, cells and even the proteins of the body.
While in his level two cursed seal form, he can freely disassemble and reconstruct these cells with his chakra. When done he can use his power to reconstruct himself back to the way it was as he leaves his targets body. Unfortunately because this fusion makes him and the ninja share the same body, he can be damaged by any harm their body takes if it was not done by his careful manipulation.

Kugutsu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja to use a puppet to attack from afar. Using their body's chakra, the ninja emits strings of chakra that run from their fingers to the puppet. The puppet itself can be loaded with many weapons and tools, allowing the puppet master to remain hidden while the puppet moves and attacks the target.
Note: Puppets will be regulated a little differently than in a sense of just "equipping weapons." Each weapon you add to your puppet will be treated as a jutsu, anywhere between D and S rank. This reflects the fact that using a puppet isn't as simple as using a weapon, it involves greater focus and chakra control as well as familiarity with the weapon itself, so it must be trained.
Your puppet, upon creation, is allowed a single very standard weapon. The puppet's weapons after that are custom jutsu and can not be submitted until chuunin rank. Each weapon set must be approved through the workshop before being added. Things like poisons, defenses, etc. are all included in this category.

Kujaku Myouhou is a unique Ninjutsu style developed by Hidden Star ninja. Meditating around a meteor which fell on the country over 200 years ago grants the ninja a special purple chakra. This chakra is reportedly the users own chakra which has been pulled out through training with the meteor. This chakra will first take the form of feathers which extend from the back of the ninja. These "feathers" resemble that of a peacock. The feathers in turn can be shaped and moved to the ninja's will based upon their seal usage. If the ninja places the meteor itself close to the body, they will be granted greater control of these powers. It allows more complex and powerful peacock chakra usage.
Those who use the technique will also retain some draw to the original meteor. By focusing their powers together, they can sense which direction the unique chakra is emanating from. Also by engraving the targets unique chakra upon ones eyes, they can track this individual by following their lingering chakra trail. The chakra can also be used to revive an unconscious person. By injecting the chakra into the target, the injured person regains consciousness. Also if a trained user injects their chakra into their target and resonates it in the same manner as that of the target, the user can control the movement of the target.
To master the chakra takes much meditation and practice. To use the technique requires the ninja generally maintaining their hand seals, however highly skilled ninja may maneuver the chakra even when their arms and hands are bound. Also because the chakra proves hazardous to the health, few ninja have mastered these techniques, and those that do soon die. The training itself has gone through periods where it was practiced and then forbidden. With the stars eventual destruction, the training and usage of the technique will probably cease.

This technique style allows the chakra "feathers" to extend in a piercing motion.
Kujaku Myouhou • Kemono - Mysterious Peacock Method • Beast
This technique style allows the chakra "feathers" to contort and become spectral beasts. These beasts can extend out to bite and attack the opponent. The chakra is dense enough to repel most commonly thrown ninja weapons like shuriken.
Kujaku Myouhou • Yoku - Mysterious Peacock Method • Wing
This technique style allows the chakra "feathers" to combine to form butterfly like wings. These wings prove strong enough to lift the ninja off the ground and allow them to take flight for short distances.
Chakra no Nawa - Chakra Rope
This technique allows the ninja to extend their chakra out of their body into binding ropes. The chakra is said to be uncuttable.
Chakra no Hoshoku - Chakra Predation
This technique allows the ninja to extend their chakra out of their body and then consume the special Kujaku chakra of their comrades, thus allowing them to increase their power. The comrades themselves will be weakened by the loss of their chakra.
Note: Due to the destruction of the star, there appear to be very few users of this technique in the modern age. Likely none.

Kumomayu is a Ninjutsu technique unique to Kidoumaru. Kidoumaru will first create a large ball of sticky thread, which he will burst to expand and capture his opponent. After Kidoumaru catches an opponent, he will begin to pour on layer upon layer of thread to build up a cocoon around them. The stickiness comes from Kidoumaru mixing his chakra with his body fluid. The technique is so refined, that even after having left his body, his chakra will still continue to flow through the thread to hold his opponent in place.

Kumosenkyuu • Suzaku is a Ninjutsu technique unique to Kidoumaru. First he will enter his level two cursed seal form. Then he will expel kumonenkin thread from his mouth, and gather it to form a large warbow. Next he will open his third eye on his forehead to increase the pin-point accuracy of his shot. Kidoumaru is known for not making any wasteful attacks, each attack will be used to further refine ways to kill his target. As he refines the attack, the power and accuracy will further increase.
His bow firings can take several forms. A normal arrow will be formed by expelling golden spider thread from his mouth into the shape of an arrow. Another variation will harden into an arrow but have a string of spider thread attached to the end. When this version is fired, the trailing spider thread will contain his chakra, this can allow him to maneuver the arrow wherever it needs to go to hit his opponent. If the arrow hits an obstacle though, it can be moved off course. A third variation can be used to avoid any deviation. This version will contain a screw-tip, this design will cause the arrow to spin and pierce any obstacle it hits.

Ninpou: Kumosoukai is a Ninjutsu technique unique to Kidoumaru. After gathering his spider thread into a ball in his hands, he will release it to form a large spider web to catch his opponent. Once the target touches the thread, its stickiness will hold them in place. This stickiness is caused by mixing his chakra with the body fluid. His chakra will remain in the web even after it has left his body. The webbing is so strong it can support a large amount of weight, up to around 5 tons.
Kidoumaru can use this opportunity to launch kunonenkin daggers at his defenseless foe. No matter how much the opponent tries to cut the webbing, conventional edged blades will not be able to slice it.

Makyou Hyoushou is a Ninjutsu technique unique to Haku's bloodline. After forming the necessary hand seals, nearby water forms long flat mirrors 360 degrees around the target. Haku himself then places himself inside one of the mirrors. Once inside the mirror, Haku can then using the mirror reflections to confuse his target. Utilizing the reflections, Haku can then almost instanteously move from one mirror to the other. Due to the speed, his target will appear to be moving in slow motion. Because of this he can then unleash numerous needles into his opponent with little difficulty. Using this technique for long periods of time however, will quickly use up Haku's chakra.

A comrade of Aoba can move within the flock wearing dark clothes and wielding a dark weapon almost undetected. With the target distracted by the crows, the ninja can strike more easily. Also the mass of crows can obscure any retreating ninja. When no longer needed, the murder of crows will simply puff away in smoke.

Ningu Kekkai • Gykakuuroko no Jin is a Ninjutsu technique used by Shitenshounin. Devised to counter Gaara's sand, the formation draws upon their weapons which focus their chakra. Arranged in a triangle with Gaara at the center, the three Shitenshounin members will use three underground waterways to connect their formation. These waterways converge under their target. With their weapons charged with their chakra they will activate the jutsu, sending a surge of power through the waterways to the central target. This will cause a dragon of water to rise from the ground and envelop Gaara. This water will soak Gaara's sand and make it become much heavier. This causes it to clump and makes it near impossible to utilize.

Purin Purin no Jutsu is a new variation formation of Oiroke no Jutsu. Using the skills Naruto taught them, Konohamaru, Moegi and Udon will transform into three buxom women. Konohamaru will transform into the night on the town "Custard Pudding," Moegi into the beach going "Egg Pudding" and Udon into the nurse "Milk Pudding." All three will then bounce their "assets" to shock and titillate their opponents into unconsciousness. Naruto felt the technique still lacked more oomph.

Ranji Shigumi no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by the Sannin Jiraiya. After forming the needed hand seals, Jiraiya will lengthen his hair and send it outwards to subdue his foe. If he manages to trap them within his hair, he can make it harden into spikes to kill them.

Ranshinshou is a Ninjutsu technique used by the Sannin Tsunade. Changing the chakra in her hand into an electricity, Tsunade can create an electric field to disrupt her targets nervous system. Because the brain and body communicate using electrical impulses, Tsunade can use the field to disrupt her targets ability to move. What results is commands to move one body part being relayed to another, making it near impossible for them to move unless they have high skill and understanding of the body.

Rasengan was a ninjutsu technique developed over the span of three years by the Fourth Hokage. The technique was taught to his sensei Jiraiya, who then passed it on to the young ninja Naruto years later. Like Kage Bunshin, Naruto would adopt the technique as a signature move and make it all his own. The technique is unlike other jutsu in that it does not require any handseals, it just relied on the ninja's ability to mold chakra. The ninja concentrates a contained, fast, rotating sphere of chakra in the palm of their hand which can cause much destructive impact.
Thus the technique was pure shape manipulation of chakra, unlike most elemental techniques which are shape and nature manipulation. Hatake Kakashi stated the technique was unfinished for this reason, as the Fourth Hokage did not get a chance to add some form of nature manipulation to it and it was even unclear whether it is even possible for an elemental nature to be added. Naruto dedicated himself to this task though, in the hopes of fusing his Wind elemental nature with the Rasengan's shape manipulation. He eventually succeeded after long and hard training, which took advantage of Kage Bunshin's memory absorption capabilities. He was able to finish the jutsu in the span of a few weeks what would have taken a normal ninja numerous years. The new Wind Element version was thus named Fuuton: Rasengan.
It is rumored that the technique had been lost in recent years following the death of Uzumaki Naruto. Though apparently, the heirs of the technique had simply wandered from the village. In his journeys, the traveling monk Shou acquired the jutsu and has since returned it to Konohagakure.
Note: Rasengan is a highly inaccurate technique due to its range.
